He has presented over 30 research papers in various national and international conferences and published over 35 research articles and authored one book. As the director of HBS he follows the philosophy of servant leadership, he shares power, put the needs of the people first and help them to develop and perform to their potentials. He is deeply involved with several leading organizations and faculty members of educational institutions through MDP and FDP.
