Dr. P. Aranganathan

Dr. P. Aranganathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Annamalai University and a Full-time Residential MBA in Human Resource Management from the Department of Management Studies, Madurai Kamaraj University. He earned his Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Management (HR) from Bharathiar University, India.

With over 23 years of teaching experience in management and engineering disciplines along with 8 years administrative experience, Dr. Aranganathan has made significant academic contributions. He is the author of five books with ISBNs, covering key subjects such as Principles of Management, Total Quality Management, Production & Operations Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Emerging Technologies in Human Resource Management. He has also published more than 30 research articles in Scopus/ABDC/WOS indexed journals and edited volumes.

Dr. Aranganathan has presented over 20 research papers at various national and international conferences organized by reputed institutions and organizations. In addition, he has developed course content for subjects like Lean Six Sigma, Maintenance Management, Supply and Logistics Management, and Business Process Reengineering for Texila American University, Zambia.

He has successfully guided four Ph.D. scholars in the fields of Management and Commerce and serves as a Doctoral Committee Member and Ph.D. Advisory Committee Member for several universities. He has also conducted Management Development Programs (MDPs) for prominent organizations, including Union Bank of India (UBI) and Sakthi Sugars Ltd. He has also conducted several FDPs and Workshops on “Outcome based Education (OBE), Outcome Attainment Estimation, and Research Article Writing”. He is also serving as the reviewer for several management research journals. His key areas of interest include Strategic Human Resource Management and Sustainable Operational management Practices.
