The best out going student award has been given to one student who has done exemplary very in all the areas such as Academics, attendance, discipline, social contribution, sports, participation in the other college activities and achievement in the college placement. This award has been selected by a jury of experts giving rates in all the above areas. Only one student will be selected from every out going batch.
This award has been given in the name of Dr. P. SELVARAJ Chairman of Shivani Group of Educational Institutions and the Secretary of Consortium of Self-Financing Professional, Arts and Science Colleges in Tamilnadu.

| CETHAR – CVL AWARD - Best outgoing Corporate Manager:

This award has been announced by Mr. P. Subburaj Chairman of Cethar Vessels during his visit at the college Annual day function on 17th April 2010.
He has donated an endowment fund of Rs. 3 Lakhs to our institution and the interest accrued on it every year (Approx: Rs. 25,000) will be given to one student.
